Abstract

This research aims to: 1) study the current state and problems of teaching and learning management on international graduate program of Mahachulalongkorn- rajavidyalaya University in Ayutthaya Province, 2) compare the teaching and learning management on international graduate program with educational standards, and 3) propose guidelines of teaching and learning management on international graduate program of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University. The samples in the study were 60 foreign students studying in undergraduate level of Buddhist Studies Faculty and Humanities Faculty. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, One-way analysis of variance and Least Significant Difference (LSD).

The research results found that:

 1. The conditions and problems of teaching and learning management on international graduate program of Mahachulalongkorn- rajavidyalaya University were at a very good level overall. Considering each side, the highest level was on measurement and evaluation, followed by instructional media, teaching and learning supportive activity, curriculum and teaching and learning management respectively.

2. The opinion of the students towards teaching and learning management on international graduate program of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University in Ayutthaya Province based on their individual factors was indifferent.

3. The guidelines of teaching and learning management on international graduate program of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University were as follows; In teaching and learning management, teachers should use multiple teaching and learning methods to convince students in their learning, In curriculum, teaching and learning should be arranged effectively and efficiently, In teaching and learning supportive activity, the activity should encourage and support learning and unity among students within and outside their majors or faculties, In instructional media, media and modern technology in need for course subjects should be installed in every classroom, and In measurement and evaluation, variety of methods in measurement and evaluation should be used for improving the teaching and learning management.
